Giving and Receiving Feedback - Essential Skills
Now that Performance Review season is upon us, it's important for supervisors to know how to effectively give constructive feedback to the employees that they are evaluating.  Equally important is an employee's ability to receive feedback and use it constructively.  This series of courses on SkillSoft gives a great 360 degree view of the feedback process, and how a team can use it to the advantage of all.
